2. Each household is only eligible to complete the same offer once.

3. Proxy IP will not be allowed.

4. You will be paid for the points only when you fully COMPLETE all the questionnaires in the offer. It’s strongly advised that you take screenshot of the confirmation page for future reference.

5. Any attempt to cheat or hack the system will result in your account revocation.

6. If you are participating in both Peanut Lab and Gambit offers, please keep in mind that there are some offers that will appear under BOTH PL and Gambit. In this case, please only complete the offer ONCE, for PL and Gambit will not award points for repeated participation of any given offer.
The IGG Staff encourages you to diversify the variety of offers that you participate in so that you can receive the maximum benefit from these programs. Again, repeated participation of any offer will not result in the awarding of IGG points.

Recommendations from IGG.  In order to ensure the best quality service from our partners, the IGG staff encourages you to regularly capture screenshots of:

a) the offers that you participated in

Example:

- Why?
This will capture the offer name and the number of IGG points that you are supposed to receive for each offer, both of which can
help Gambit staff speed up the investigation process should any errors occur.

b) the confirmation page for each offer
- Why?
Should you experience any issues with receiving IGG points, this will help Gambit staff confirm your participation and accelerate their
verification process. [Back to Top]

1.a) How do I complete an offer?  Each offer has specific requirements that you will need to fufil before qualifying for IGG points. For instance, some offer require an action (e.g. try a game), while others may require signing up for a membership (usually for a fee, though some may be free or include a trial period), subscribing to a product (usually for a monthly charge), or purchasing an item (for a one-time fee).  Once you  fully meet the offers' requirements, you will be awarded with the corresponding IGG points.

We recommend that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions for each offer that you attempt to complete to avoid any unexpected charges. [Back to Top]

1.b) When will I get IGG points for offers that I completed?  After you complete an offer, your offer status will change from “processing -> completed”. Only when you have reached “Completed” will the IGG  points be awarded for that offer.  [Back to Top]

1.c) How long do I have to wait for my offer status to change to “paid”?  Each offer is different and can range from a few minutes to a few days or even over a week. The process duration depends on many factors. Here are some examples of the possible reasons:

1). Traffic (highly popular and/or easy offers may cause a ‘traffic jam’ and take longer for our sponsors to verify),

2). How complex the verification process is (some offers, such as offers that involve credit or banking, may need to do a credit or background check before you can be approved), and

3). Certainty of participation (some offers involving a trial period may wait a few days to weed out ‘fakers’ and only award the points to participants who actually give enough time to potentially receive/use the product)

In any case, we encourage you to fully  understand each offer's obligations by reading the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your personal information. [Back to Top]

1.d) Where can I find information on potential hidden charges and cancellation procedures?  Every offer should describe their Terms and Conditions. You will usually find it at the bottom of the website’s homepage. [Back to Top]

1.e) How can I cancel a subscription to an offer?  The cancellation process for each offer is different, but the most common forms of cancellation are via phone or email to the company’s customer service department. Some offers may require you to mail back the trial product that you receive from them. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before subscribing. [Back to Top]

1.f) How long do trial periods last?  Each offer is different, but most offers range from 7 days up to 15 or 30 days, after which you will be charged a monthly fee. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before completing each offer.  [Back to Top]

1.g) How can I know if an offer is safe to do?  Every few weeks, IGG will provide a list of offers that have been personally tested and approved by our staff members.  These offers are generally easy to do and have straight forward cancellation procedures. You can find these offers under the “Free” tab in the Gambit Iframe.

However, please keep in mind that you should still read the terms and conditions for each recommended offer and the time taken to process these offers are not guaranteed to be shorter than the regular offers.  [Back to Top]

Note: If the size or resolution of your monitor does not permit you to capture an entire web page at once, please take multiple screenshots as needed.  [Back to Top]

1.j) I completed an offer but did not receive the right amount of points. Why did this happen and what can I do?  There are two reasons why this can happen:

1) There is a bug in the Gambit system
2) The offer has already expired and Gambit did not replace it with a new offer in time

If you did not receive the correct number of points for any Gambit offer, please submit a claim directly to Gambit within 10 days of completing the offer. Please also attach a screenshot of the confirmation page from the respective offer.

If you have completed the offer and qualify for reimbursement, Gambit will add the remaining points into your IGG account.  [Back to Top]

You may receive promotion emails from those surveys companies from time to time. However you always have the right to opt out or unsubscribe.  [Back to Top]

4. How long will it take to get my Points?  Each offer indicates how many IGG Points you’ll receive and how long it will take for you to receive them. Some offers will be awarded almost immediately (within 10-30 minutes), and some offers might take a little bit longer. Around the midnight (EST), you may expect a delay of receiving your credits due to our partners’ system maintenance. Once the points are awarded, you will be able to see them in the Offer Status page.  [Back to Top]

5. When I signed in, I can’t see any offers but only the message: “We're sorry! We don't have any offers for users in your region at this time. Please try another category." How many regions can see the offers?  Regional availability is determined by the survey providers. Currently we have offers over 20 countries, including: US, Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and UK. We are sorry that we can not provide offers to the players in other countries at the moment. However we are working hard with our partners to further expand the region coverage.  [Back to Top]

6. What if I still have questions?  If you completed an offer/survey but did not receive the IGG Points within the offer/survey-specified time window, please contact the offer provider (Gambit or PeanutLabs) customer support as soon as possible.

For Peanut Labs: login then click http://getpaid.igg.com/offers_peanutlabs.php, click "Need Help?" link, then "My Transactions", then "Contact Us" next to the trransaction in question.

It helps to receive your credits if you save a screenshot of the confirmation page, which indicates that you finish the survey. Rest assured if you have properly completed an offer and followed the rules of the offer, you will be credited. Please only send one email per offer, as multiple messages delay response time.

Do NOT email questions to IGG directly since this only delays the investigation. However, if your contact to our Parnters have been unsuccessful, IGG would like to hear from you!  [Back to Top]

7. No offers at all, why?  After contacting GetPaid, we determined that there were no local advertising agents with offers posted on GetPaid, meaning that the "offers" section would be unavailable to users in that area.  [Back to Top]
